Planning your bridal hair and makeup in Perth should feel exciting, not overwhelming. From your first enquiry to your wedding morning, I’ll guide you through a clear, personalised process so you always know what comes next.

Sending an enquiry can feel surprisingly intimidating.
How much information should you include? Will you receive a price straight away? Does getting in touch mean you’re expected to book?
From the beginning, your experience with Aligned by Thi should feel clear and reassuring. Your enquiry simply starts a conversation and gives me the information I need to understand your wedding and recommend the most suitable next step.
I’ll ask about the date, location, timing and people needing services. Later, I’ll guide you through the quote, booking, bridal preview and wedding-morning plan.
There’s a reason for each step, but the process shouldn’t feel complicated. By the time the wedding day arrives, the important details should already be sorted so you can focus on enjoying the morning.
If you’re considering bridal hair and makeup in Perth, here’s exactly what working with me looks like after you enquire.
IN A NUTSHELL

The first thing I need to do is understand the day you’re planning.
I’ll usually ask for your wedding date, getting-ready location, ceremony time and the time you need to be completely ready. I’ll also need to know how many people require hair, makeup or both.
If you already have inspiration photos, send them through. You don’t need to have the final look decided, but the images give me an early sense of the style you’re drawn to.
It can feel like a long list for an initial enquiry. Every detail has a purpose, though.
The location may affect travel, parking or accommodation. An early completion time may involve an early start. The number of services helps me work out whether one artist can complete everything comfortably or whether additional support may be needed.
Gathering the information now helps me prepare an accurate quote. It’s much better to discuss those details upfront than adjust the price later because travel, timing or extra services weren’t known.
Once I have the details, I’ll consider which package is the best fit.
Sometimes that will be exactly the option you asked about. Other times, I may recommend something different because it offers better value, suits your group or creates a smoother schedule.
My goal isn’t to send you a number as quickly as possible. I want to understand what the wedding actually needs.
If I suggest another option, I’ll explain why. Perhaps it allows enough time for the services without rushing. Maybe another artist would help the morning run more comfortably. The recommendation should make sense in the context of your day.
A premium experience begins with advice that fits your wedding, not with being steered towards the largest package. At Aligned by Thi, I’ll recommend what genuinely supports your plans.
Your personalised quote should help you understand both the services and the investment.
Take time to look at what’s included. Depending on your wedding, the quote may account for hair, makeup, bridal-party services, travel, parking, an early start, extra artists or optional touch-up support.
Weddings have different locations and timelines, so one standard figure won’t always tell the full story. I gather the information first so the quote can reflect the booking more accurately.
If you have a question, ask. You should understand what you’re considering before you make a decision.
This is also the moment to check that the recommendation supports the experience you want. Are the right people included? Does the proposed timing feel comfortable? Are there optional services you’d like to discuss?

If you’re ready to proceed, I’ll send the booking confirmation, invoice and terms and conditions.
Set aside a little time to read everything. The documents explain what’s included, what’s expected and how the booking moves forward. If something isn’t clear, you’re welcome to ask before completing it.
Your wedding date is officially secured once the required booking information, signed agreement and booking fee have been received. An enquiry or quote on its own can’t hold the date.
The formal steps create certainty for both you and me. Once they’re complete, you can move from comparing options to planning the experience.
This is one of the parts of the process brides often don’t realise their artist will handle.
I create a realistic hair and makeup timeline based on your ready time, service numbers and the looks being created. For larger groups, additional artists may be arranged so nobody needs to be rushed.
A good timeline isn’t only about finishing before the ceremony. It needs to leave space for everything surrounding the services too.
Whenever possible, I like to finish your hair and makeup with a comfortable buffer before you need to get dressed or leave. That extra time can be used for final checks, looking at the makeup in different lighting, photographer and videographer arrival, putting on the dress, veil placement and a few last photographs.
It can also give you a quiet moment to breathe and take everything in.
You shouldn’t have to watch the clock and wonder whether you’re running late. I create the schedule so your wedding morning can feel calm, organised and enjoyable.

The bridal preview is where your inspiration becomes a clear, personalised plan.
I’ll talk with you about the dress, veil, jewellery, accessories and overall wedding style. I’ll also consider your features, hair, preferences and how you normally like to see yourself.
Then we’ll build the look together.
I don’t wait until the end to hand you a mirror. You’ll be able to see the hair and makeup developing throughout the appointment, share your thoughts and make adjustments along the way.
Maybe you’d like a little more softness around the eyes. Perhaps the hairstyle needs less height, more movement or a different piece around the face. You don’t need to save every thought for a final reveal.
I’ll also explain why I’m making recommendations. If I suggest a different placement, extensions or an adaptation to your inspiration, I want you to understand how it supports the result.
Some brides arrive knowing exactly what they want. Others need a little more guidance. I intentionally allow generous time so both experiences can feel relaxed.
The goal is simple: you should leave the bridal preview feeling excited, involved and completely confident about the direction.

After the booking and bridal preview, I’ll continue guiding you through the lead-up.
You may receive advice about preparing your skin and hair, along with any relevant follow-up from the preview. If you’ve discussed extensions or another practical requirement, you’ll have time to organise it before the wedding.
Closer to the day, the timeline, services and location details need to be confirmed. Access, parking and travel information can all help the morning begin smoothly.
If something changes, let me know as early as possible. A different ready time or number of services may affect the plan, and early communication gives me the best chance to find a suitable solution.
The purpose of this stage isn’t to give you another long wedding checklist. It’s to make sure the beauty details are settled before the morning arrives.
When the day arrives, I come prepared with the agreed look and schedule already in mind.
I’ll create the hair and makeup that we refined together, checking in as the appointment progresses and making sure the result still feels like you.
My role also includes the energy I bring into the room. Wedding mornings can be full of excitement, nerves, conversations and people moving in every direction. I stay calm, work through the plan and bring a positive presence to the space.
I’ll also work alongside photographers, videographers, other artists and suppliers so the morning can flow naturally.
Final details may include checking the makeup in another light, smoothing flyaways, securing the veil and making any last adjustments. If you’ve booked touch-up or on-location support, assistance may continue later according to the agreed service.
You shouldn’t feel responsible for managing every beauty detail. You should be able to spend the morning with your favourite people and enjoy what’s happening around you.

When I read my client reviews, brides often mention their hair and makeup. But they rarely stop there.
They talk about feeling listened to. That the look was created for them instead of copied from a photo. They mention the organised timeline, the calm atmosphere and the fact that they never felt rushed.
They also appreciate understanding my recommendations. Whether I’m suggesting extensions, adapting a hairstyle or changing a makeup detail, I explain why.
Then there are the little things: adjusting something on the day, fixing a flyaway, checking how the makeup photographs or noticing a detail before the bride needs to ask.
These moments may not sound dramatic. Together, they shape how the entire experience feels.
Beautiful hair and makeup matter. Feeling cared for while they’re being created matters too.
The Aligned by Thi experience is built from a series of thoughtful details.
The questions at the beginning lead to a more accurate recommendation. The quote is based on the actual wedding. The timeline leaves room to breathe. The bridal preview gives you a voice throughout the process. Preparation guidance removes last-minute uncertainty.
None of these details is there for show. Each one makes the experience clearer, calmer or more personal.
Premium service doesn’t need to feel formal or intimidating. Your experience can feel warm, organised and genuinely caring while every detail is handled professionally.
Of course, I want you to love your finished hair and makeup. Just as importantly, I want you to remember feeling heard, supported and comfortable from our first conversation.
You don’t need to have every wedding detail finalised before getting in touch.
If possible, have your wedding date, getting-ready area, ceremony time, ready time and approximate service numbers available. Mention who needs hair, makeup or both, and include any inspiration you’ve already collected.
If something is still being confirmed, just say so. I can let you know which details are needed now and which can wait.
An enquiry begins the conversation. It doesn’t commit you to booking, and it certainly isn’t a test of how organised your wedding plans are.
My process is designed to replace uncertainty with clarity.
By the time you sit in my chair, the important questions have been answered, the look has been refined and the morning has a realistic plan.
That means you can relax, enjoy the people around you and feel confident that the beauty experience is being handled with care.
If you’re looking for personalised bridal hair and makeup in Perth, the next step is simply to begin the conversation.
